Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "ikfc4u", "we", "platform" and "company" refer to the operator of the website ikfc4u.app which operates under international licensing. "Member", "user", "you" and "player" refer to any individual who registers an account or uses the services offered by this platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you and ikfc4u. This Agreement applies to all services provided by ikfc4u including but not limited to slots, live casino, baccarat, sports betting, and all forms of arcade games available on our platform.

Account Management and Security

Each member is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account username and password are kept secure. ikfc4u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information safe.

• Do not share your login information with anyone
• Use a strong password and change it regularly
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Contact our customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

ikfc4u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise stated for crypto payments.

Transaction limits: The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours, subject to completed account verification.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances determined by ikfc4u. All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity — ikfc4u reserves the right to decline a withdrawal if wagering requirements have not been met for accounts that have received a bonus.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

The ikfc4u welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

As an illustration: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before bonus winnings may be withdrawn. If you deposit RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be given, bringing the balance to RM3,200 with a wagering requirement of RM10,000.

• Each member is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash
• ikfc4u reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of promotion abuse
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses have their own terms that will be set at the time of the promotion
• Promotional offers may change or be withdrawn without prior notice

VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

The ikfc4u VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% of total net weekly wagering.

Eligibility to upgrade a VIP tier depends on the member's overall betting activity. ikfc4u reserves the right to determine the criteria for tier upgrades and downgrades based on internal assessment. Cashback rewards will be credited to the member's account according to the schedule set by ikfc4u.

All VIP rewards and benefits are subject to specific terms that will be communicated to eligible members. ikfc4u reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice.

Prohibited Conduct

ikfc4u members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or bet
• Colluding with other players to exploit games or the bonus system
• Submitting false information or forged documents during registration or verification
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the platform
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses fraudulently
• Spreading unlawful or threatening content through the platform's communication channels

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the recognised arbitration body in the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
